Apply today to secure your own space at Village Apartments.
Applicants can move in immediately upon review and approval of the application, provided an apartment is available.
We have free parking onsite, as well as covered assigned car ports for certain units.
We offer multiple ways through our online portal (bank account, credit card, debit card). Cash is accepted but must be paid via voucher through a currency exchange or Walmart.
We allow pets to live in the apartments with owners (cats and dogs under 50lbs).
We charge a nonrefundable deposit of $250 and a monthly rent of $25 for the first pet, and $10 for any subsequent pets. There are no fees for service animals.
We will provide answers within 1 business day, assuming all requested information is provided.
The application fee is $75 per adult applicant.
The deposit is between one month and two months of rent, and it is based on rental history, credit score, and other factors.
Laundry hook ups are included in certain units. Additionally, there is a laundromat 1.5 miles away.
The complex is around 4.5 miles from the Richland Community College campus.
We pay for trash and water. The tenant is responsible for gas and electricity. In townhomes, the tenant is responsible for water, gas, and electricity.
